Christine Edenstrasser has one over-arching goal: To understand the relationship between thoughts, feelings and actions, to identify and alleviate mental blockages and to help her clients to achieve their personal goal. 
Before deciding for coaching, you are invited to participate in a free, open and personal session to be conducted according to your availability. Preferably, this would take place in person, although speaking via Skype or mobile phone is also possible. Because the right chemistry matters!

As a citizen of the world, Christine Edenstrasser offers coaching in fluent Italian, Spanish and English in addition to her native German.
